Will the product look exactly like the photo?
The overall design and finish intent will remain true to the product, but slight variation can happen. Natural materials such as wood may show differences in grain, texture, and shade, and hand-finished products may have minor variation as well.
Are natural variations in wood and finish normal?
Yes. Natural variation in wood grain, knots, texture, and finish tone is normal and expected. These are part of the character of real materials and handcrafted processes.

Do you provide installation?
We do not offer installation support at the moment.
Will my furniture require assembly?

Warranty & Returns

We currently offer a 3-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects.
